During week 1 of September’s 12 Months of Wellness, we sought harmony between work and life. Did you find ways to let go of work stress?
Here at alive, we also created balance. Editor Sandi revealed that she multitasks when it comes to relaxation: her time off includes rowing, tennis, reading, and playing with her too-cute granddaughter. For Account Manager Jennifer, letting go of work is as easy as taking her dog—the adorably named Freckles—to the park. Meanwhile, family music time is an instrumental part of Marketing and Digital Communications Specialist Bronwyn’s downtime.
And now that we’re all balanced and relaxed, it’s the perfect time to take a closer look at our careers.
